I Can’t Stand Up Straight Because Of Lower Back Pain – Quad Stretches In Bed

What’s the best thing you can do for back pain in the morning? You ever wake up first thing and you feel like you’re 80 years old? You can’t even stand up straight, you can’t even bend over to put your socks and shoes on…

Today I want to give you one tip to try first thing in the morning when you feel 80 years old and you can’t get out of bed and stand up straight. With this one stretch I really find it’s helpful to open up the front of the body, to allow the extension needed to stand up straight…

All right, so we’re going to stretch the quadricep on the top leg here by grabbing onto the front of the ankle, bending the knee and pulling the heel towards the buttocks and slightly extending the hip by bringing the knee backwards… I’m going to take five big deep slow breaths in this position and you’ll repeat it on the other side. Opening this hip we’ll see if it allows you to stand up taller and not feel 80…

Now go give this a try and let me know in the comments below if it was helpful… If this video was useful for you, I want you to go tag someone, I want you to like the video and subscribe so that you can be the first to know as we put out all of our helpful information and tips on back pain, neck pain, migraines, Pilates, Gyrotonic exercise and I want you to go take action and actually do this stretch in the video.

That’s it guys, thanks a lot…
