House Bill 29 – Senate Bill 732 – Direct Access for Physical Therapy

Steve… hurting his back 2 weeks ago from moving out of his apartment.

Steve thinks… I need to see a Physical Therapist now! But I am still waiting to get my referral

It takes 3 weeks in Texas and nationwide to see a primary care physician and get a physical therapy referral.

Texas residents on average need to wait for 1 month before starting physical therapy.

  • Pain
  • Delayed Recovery
  • Poor Performance

For better quality of living, Texans deserve Direct Access to Physical Therapy… Like the other 48 states!

Ask your State Legislator to co-sponsor:
