We want to tell you about our workshop that happens on the fourth Monday of every month. This workshop is happening on the 4th Monday at 5pm CST, every month and we've been talking a lot and including the information from the book written by Stephen and Cheryl.
But then starting from this month the focus is a little bit different. Since Covid started, we are seeing more and more people starting to work from home.
The issue is when people are working from home, their home office is not necessarily set up for their body which leads to a lot of problems. That's why the workshop starting from this month is going to have a huge focus on the proper ergonomic setup.
We will also cover how to have a better core connection while you are sitting at your home office while working. Then we will also cover a short stretching series that you can easily do while you are sitting throughout the day working.
It will help you relieve a lot of the tension, a lot of the pressure to your spine.
So this is a definitely a very relevant content shift to address the needs we are seeing lately because of the working from home situation. So if you are working from home you definitely don't want to miss this.
If you feel pain and stiffness while working from home, it doesn't have to be the case. There is a solution! So we encourage you guys to come to the studio to join the workshop and learn some tips that's going to help you with your work.
