Our specialized Occupational Therapy focuses on hand and upper extremity recovery, while Orthopedic Manual Therapy uses advanced techniques like myofascial release, joint mobilization, and visceral manipulation to improve musculoskeletal function. What can I expect on my first visit?
Your first visit includes an extensive assessment by our Physical Therapists. We'll thoroughly review your health history and discuss your personal goals, conduct a detailed pain and movement evaluation, analyze your strength and joint range of motion, and review any relevant medical records. Based on this comprehensive assessment, we'll partner with you to develop a personalized treatment plan and set individualized goals. Please wear comfortable workout attire, and remember to bring the shoes you wear daily or for your workouts – this helps us with our movement assessment!
