Dr. Andy is knowledgeable and has helped address the pain and swelling of my knee. There are lots of classes to choose from and everyone is helpful and friendly. It has been a safe place during COVID. I would strongly recommend trying Core therapy and Pilates. Core keeps my body in shape and aligned. So thankful for Cheryl, Stephen and the gang.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.Lam Wei LeOctober 4, 2021.I was looking for someone to approach my back injury from a different perspective than pain medication and surgery. I always knew it was treatable – just needed the right physical therapist to handle it. Well, I found these guys at Core Therapy and Pilates and they got me 100% better in 2 months of physical therapy and 2 months of Pilates! Now I pay for the monthly membership called Pilates To Thrive and it offers a different video to do at home every day of the month. Thank you so much for the help and the plan to get me back to tennis and golf with my friends!Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.Parker CombsSeptember 30, 2021.I tried the Pilates and weight lifting class for teens with Stephen and it was fun and challenging. We had 4 students in the class and spent half an hour doing Pilates on the crazy looking reformer and half hour lifting weights. It’s a great mix, thanks Core Therapy and Pilates.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.Cayden emersonSeptember 28, 2021.Pilates was like a gimmick or fad to me for years. Then a family member told me about trying Pilates with a Physical therapist at Core. After my first 10 pack of sessions with Dr Andy I was feeling the benefits and started to accept Pilates as an actual therapy. It did the trick for me nicely. I feel more flexible and have had less pain and aches in my joints since starting my Pilates journey.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.amber sabrinaSeptember 28, 2021.Look, I’m by far no expert, but I’m speaking from my own experience here – this guy got me walking again and helped me cope with the intense hip pain I was suffering from. My Orthopedic told me I had hip arthritis and would need a hip replacement. After just a few weeks of physical therapy twice per week I started to see improvements. Now it has been about 3 months of physical therapy and I started doing some personal training with the Pilates and Gyrotonic Instructors about 2 weeks ago and I feel better than I have felt in years. Great service! Thanks Dr Andy Tseng and the Instructors at Core Therapy.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.kaydence norahSeptember 26, 2021.I wasn't entirely sure that I needed physical therapy. Thought I’d give it a go though – a friend of mine said this is the best way to go. I’ve never regretted the decision since. I never knew how weak my core was and how much that caused my bad posture at work. Then the pandemic hit and I was working from home in even worse posture. Now I can sit all day for work without pain and have returned to exercise that I stopped years ago because of the pain. Thanks Stephen for great hands on work and the exercise on the strange equipment that looks like torture devices!
