The first thing that ladies in their 50’s tell me that they wish they would have learned in their 30’s is how to breathe properly. So I’m just going to go through a quick little tip on breathing.
Because most people today with our technology are sitting so much, we forcefully look down and we’re compressing our lungs. So what I want you to think of you standing up nice and tall.
I want you to put your hand on your belly and inhale into your belly. Then exhale.
Now, if you put your hand in front of your chest just below your neck, I don’t want you breathing into your hand. That’s all in my chest. I want it to be deep into your belly. Inhale and exhale to your belly.
That’s the first tip. Learn to breathe properly.
