All right, hey guys, what’s up? Happy Halloween from the CORE family. I just came in for the mindful movement, that’s on Monday, I just came in for the functional fitness class, I got a little confused there, I just came in for the functional fitness class and I found Run DMC in the house, so this is our class… it has become the Run DMC hour, got some Run DMC music going on…

I voted this morning, there were two people in line ahead of me it took me no time at all, It was awesome. I even got some grocery shopping in before I got here at 8:00…

So Run, are you Run? I don’t know who I am… You are, you look like Darrel DMC… We got Darrel, Jam Master Jay… Jo Jo… Hahaha…

Stephen graduated with a Masters in Physical Therapy in 1998 from LSUMC in New Orleans and is a licensed physical therapist in Texas since 2004. Immediately interested in hands-on therapy, he began to study with Brian Mulligan and became certified in the Maitland Australian Approach in 2003. Stephen has since studied the fascial system through John F Barnes Myofascial Release. Stephen completed a comprehensive Pilates training in 2002 and the GYROTONIC Expansion System® in 2009.
