[op_liveeditor_element data-style=””][text_block style=”undefined” align=”left”]Full Description:
During this course we will cover the anatomy of the body by looking at our fascial system. The fascial system is the only system in the body that can’t be tested with imaging (x-ray, CT Scans, MRI) or technology. It has to be observed or felt. Fascia was neglected by the academic world and anatomy professors until recent years. Stephen was first exposed to fascia intensely with John F. Barnes, a leading authority on myofascial release. This opened up a new world and led to studying with Thomas Myers, author of Anatomy Trains. Understanding the fascial lines in Anatomy Trains creates a better understanding of the whole body strengthening with Pilates, Gyrotonic, yoga, and mind body awareness exercise systems.[/text_block][/op_liveeditor_element]
